recognized for creating a High-impact information system improving user experience
Airports can be chaotic - loud, busy, fast-moving. For fist-time travelers, elderly passengers, or even seasoned fliers, finding your gate can be a stressful experience.
Task?
Redesign the airport's digital signage system so travelers could find the key information (like gates, delays, wait times) instantly - without breaking stride.
Legacy System
The legacy system was too text-heavy, poorly placed, and failed to scale across user types. People were squinting, missing directions, and often asking staff for help. We needed a design that worked from 40 feet away, in motion, under pressure.
Airports are chaotic. Signages shouldn't be.
Research & Planning
Travelers struggle to find gates, navigate terminals, and make quick decisions.
Design & Prototyping
Existing signs weren't clear, accessible, or fast to intepret
Implementation
Make airport navigation feel effortless, even in a rush
