The transition from a service-based company to a product-based one was a transformative journey, marked by challenges and adaptability. Throughout, I fostered ongoing collaborations with managers, product experts, and colleagues to enhance my understanding of this new landscape. I consistently sustained my unwavering enthusiasm for volunteering and hosting events and activities for my organization.
I hosted weekly meetings to facilitate product updates, engage in lively design discussions and enjoyable design activities.
I gained a comprehensive view of the entire product development process from ideation to continuous improvement.
